Size exchange
- Size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, clean and in original packaging with tags.
- Contact us on WhatsApp first — do not send the parcel back without confirmation.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, send us pictures on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it after verification.
Not eligible
- Used, washed or damaged items
- Items without original box or tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong)
Delivery charges on exchange
If the mistake is ours, we pay the delivery charges. For size or personal-preference exchanges, delivery charges are paid by the customer.
